About Us

THEM FOR THEM / OUR STORY

Better Conversations. Better Men’s Health.

A thoughtful space for men seeking clear, practical information about their health, confidence and wellbeing.

Because important questions deserve straightforward answers — without embarrassment or judgment.

Who We Are

Them for Them is an independent digital publication dedicated to helping men better understand their physical, sexual and emotional health.

We believe conversations about erectile difficulties, hormonal changes, mental wellbeing and ageing should be approached with respect, clarity and care.

With a particular focus on the questions that become more relevant after 40, our aim is to make complex health topics easier to understand.

THE PERSON BEHIND THEM FOR THEM

Meet the Founder

Behind Them for Them is a woman with a longstanding passion for natural wellbeing, traditional healing practices and men’s health.

A Background in Natural Wellbeing

The founder of Them for Them is a Reiki Master, a specialist in herbs and plants associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, and an independent researcher of men’s health topics.

Her interests include traditional herbal knowledge, holistic wellbeing, male vitality, sexual health, and the physical and emotional changes men may experience as they age.

Through Them for Them, she brings together her interest in traditional wellness practices and her dedication to researching and communicating accessible health information.

Tradition Meets Scientific Understanding

Traditional wellbeing practices have a long history, but historical use alone does not establish that a treatment is safe or medically effective.

Them for Them aims to explore these subjects thoughtfully, distinguishing traditional knowledge from findings supported by modern scientific research.

The founder’s background in Reiki and herbal traditions does not constitute medical licensure or specialist training in urology.

THE FOUNDER’S PHILOSOPHY

Every man deserves to understand his health without embarrassment, confusion or unrealistic promises.

Knowledge, compassion and responsible information can support better-informed health decisions.

Our Editorial Approach

We aim to create accessible, responsible health articles informed by reputable medical resources, recognised health organisations and available scientific evidence.

We distinguish established medical knowledge from emerging research and avoid presenting unproven remedies as guaranteed treatments.

We also recognise that health information evolves. Our goal is to review and improve published content as new evidence becomes available.

Artificial intelligence tools may assist with research organisation, translation, drafting and editing. However, AI-generated information is not a substitute for medical verification or clinical review.

OUR COMMITMENT

Clear information, respectful language, transparent limitations and encouragement to seek qualified medical advice when needed.

Independent Information, Not Medical Care

Them for Them is an educational publication, not a medical clinic or healthcare provider.

Our articles do not replace an individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Readers should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding symptoms, treatments and personal health decisions.

Unless specifically identified on an individual article, content should not be assumed to have undergone independent clinical review.

Why Them for Them?

Many men hesitate to discuss personal health concerns. Some questions are uncomfortable; others feel difficult to put into words.

We want to make those conversations easier by offering a place to start learning, understanding and asking better questions.

Good health begins with good information — and knowing when to seek professional support.
